"Making Yoga Accessible For All"

Gentle, Community Based, Restorative classes.

Message from Linda

Welcome, everyone.  It's hard to believe, but the Thanksgiving weekend has flown by.  It was a busy weekend and we were so lucky to have great weather as well.  I hope your weekend was great also spent with family and friends.  I always find it amazing that when we take time to really stop and enjoy life, it makes such a difference.

I know I feel that way about Yoga, it helps us to stop the busy in our lives and reflect, relax and rejuvenate from the inside out.  Sometimes, it's as simple as realizing that you are holding tension in your belly or holding your breath more than you realize.  It all takes time to notice, and that in itself can be work.  Our lives are filled with Netflix, Internet, cell phone, texting, advertising, etc. etc..and when we pull away from it all, it may seem too quiet.  Which is just what we need.

So if you haven't been to yoga and are looking for a small community class, join me on Tuesdays and Saturdays for yoga that is simply yoga...restorative in nature, and available to all.  Look forward to seeing you.

Mission Statement

"To create a class environment that makes people feel comfortable, accepted and empowered to do Yoga in a way that works for them. I believe that yoga can be for everyone if it is adapted to them, not the people adapting to the pose."
