Exactly like the title suggests! A high-intensity 1-hour session tailored to sculpt and define the three areas we can't stop talking about - arms, abs and a$$. Split into dedicated sections, you'll spend 20 minutes lifting the booty and toning beautiful legs, 20 minutes tightening and strengthening your core, and 10 minutes sculpting long, tone arms, elegant shoulders, and a sexy back.
Similar to our signature Mind Body class, with a deeper focus on creating mind body awareness. Classes are tailored to individual and group needs and can cover a combination of all four disciplines or can focus each class on just one or a combination of preferred modalities.
